We were planning our wedding in Maui from Australia. The groom left it fairly late to look for tuxes for himself and his 2 attendants but L’amour made it very easy. In one phone call and some emails we had selected beautiful tuxes and were able to match the bridesmaid dress color exactly to the vests. The pick up and fitting was great and then so easy to return – we just left them at the hotel front desk. The tuxes themselves were good quality and not beat up looking like some rentals get.

I just got married this past summer on Maui and I have to say, L’amour Bridal has provided us with one of the most professional and reliable experiences of almost any business I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My fiance and I made several trips to the store throughout the process of selecting our garments needed for the wedding. Every time we arrived we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and our appointments were always on time. One of the overwhelming aspects of the store was its HUGE selection of wedding apparel. There were tons of catalogs on men’s tuxedos, wedding gowns, and bridesmaid dresses (not to mention prom gowns), and on top of that, the store’s in-stock collection was impressive as well. Everything you could need to have a wedding party of 10 could be rung up at a moments notice if need be. The accessory selection alone took my wife hours to pore over. After reserving and ordering the items we had selected to wear, I went to the store a few days before the wedding, along with my groomsmen, to try on and pick up our garments and everything fit great! Our wedding turned out to be perfect and just the way we dreamed thanks in part to the great service provided to us by L’amour Bridal!

Great Customer Service! We recommend this boutique to any couple thinking about hosting their wedding in Maui. Geanelli and her crew were extremely helpful! Our wedding was a hassel to plan due to the fact that we live in WA and were planning our wedding in Maui. However, L’amour took away the stress associated with ordering tuxedos and having all of the dresses prepared. Geanelli kept in touch with us the entire time and made sure we had nothing to worry about. This company seems to know what it takes to put your mind at rest, they are passionate about what they do and it shows in their work and customer service. Friendly, Wonderful Service! Coming in from the mainland for my wedding I knew that my wedding dress, as well as the rest of the girls’, would need some serious attention. I am so pleased with my experience with your shop! From the first phone call to the final dress pick-up you were nothing but friendly and helpful. The dresses looked perfect and they were done in plenty of time for the ceremony. Plus, you gave me tips on how to handle my dress to minimize wrinkles, etc that even the dress shop I bought it from didn’t! We visited Maui on Sept 2008 for a honeymoon trip from Tokyo, and had a small island-style wedding ceremony by one of the beach during the short stay. Planning an event remotely is a challenge enough task. With limited English communication ability, and unfamiliarity in cultural / business practices regarding everything about wedding, you can imagine it could easily become a nightmare. But with L’Amour Bridal, we experienced no difficulty, no contractual problems, no logistical incidents or any other frustrations. We had nothing but good memories to take home with us. I remember that, there was a time-constrain and scheduling issues on our side, and it seemed very difficult to satisfy everything. But Geanelli, at L’Amour Bridal, helped us through to best accommodate our original plans with friendly suggestions and helpful offers. In conclusion, I believe L’Amour Bridal truly understands that their customers are seriously working on a once . I can not say enough about the service at L’Amour Bridal. I was married on Maui Dec 2010. I sent Geanelli our Tux measurements and she immediately called us to let me know that the the measurements that I provided were questionable based on the age of our children. She took the time to explain what I should request and we had the children re sized. Upon our arrival in Maui, the tuxes and the gown (which I sent to have pressed and ready for me) were waiting. We noticed that the boys shoes were a bit small, called Geanelli, and new shoes were sent right over (even though the store was closed for the holiday week). Everything fit great. The next day, the tuxes were picked up at our hotel. Planning a wedding from so far away is a challenge and Geanelli made this part of the planning an absolute breeze. It was great working with them.

I’m happened to be on vacation and noticed the store as I was driving by. I’m planning on getting married next year so I was curious to what they were selling. To my surprise, they had a great variety of wedding accessories. I was able to find the right size hair clip for wedding next year. The manager was very friendly and patient. She showed me each item and showed me different ways to wear it. After my purchased, she wrapped it up very carefully so it will survive the trip home. I was very happy to find it still in tact. I would highly recommend the store for anyone planning on getting married.
Very Helpful, Perfect Dress
I needed a formal dress for an event for my husband’s company and found L’amour Boutique online. I made an appointment to try out a few of the dresses I liked in their online catalogs. My schedule is pretty busy so I had a hard time figuring out when I could get there during the week, so the manager gave me a Saturday appointment. I got there and I was the only customer, and when I asked her about it she said she had opened the store just for my appointment! I tried on the dresses I had found online but none of them were exactly what I wanted. The manager suggested she might have a couple others I should try, and sure enough the first one she brought me was perfect. I absolutely loved the dress and got lots of compliments on it at the reception I attended. Thanks, Lamour Boutique!

My groomsmen and I rented tuxedos from you for a wedding in Wailea on July 5th. I apologize this is so late, but I wanted to thank you for all your help with the arrangements. All the tuxes worked out great! I was a little worried because my groomsmen and I were spread out over the world (Tokyo, Hong Kong, Vienna, Minneapolis) and we were sending in measurements both in inches and in metric measurements. Working with you and with the magic of the internet, you helped make the process so easy. And having everything delivered to and picked up in Wailea made it all so much easier.
