We have been receiving phone calls from former brides and brides-to-be who have cancelled their wedding engagements and asked if we could help them sell their gowns or purchase back an unused bridal gown. Since our boutique does not want to be associated with or be known for selling any used garments, we have turned down these brides until now.

We are excited to announce that due to overwhelming requests, coupled with our passion to give back to our community, we are now providing a formal wear consignment program at L’amour Bridal Boutique!

With this program, a former bride, bridesmaid, prom attendant  will be able to help a new bride, bridesmaid, prom attendant with a limited budget find the gown of her dreams at an affordable price. Also, this program will provide former brides/prom attendants a convenient way to share their cherished wedding or prom gown with another woman and help them recover some of the financial burden invested at the event.

Here is how our consignment program works:

I – Schedule an appointment to bring your professionally cleaned dress to L’amour Bridal Boutique for evaluation. Or, if it has not been cleaned yet prior to consignment, you may bring it in and have it cleaned through us and receive a special discount on cleaning services.

II – Once your gown is evaluated, LBB will recommend a selling price which you and LBB could both agree on with a signed written agreement.

III – Expect to pay a non-refundable nominal administrative fee for each consigned item.

IV –  After 90 days if the item(s) does not sell, you have the option of donating or picking it up. Any uncollected items within this period, will automatically be sent to L’amour Bridal Boutique’s chosen non-profit organization(s).

V –  If sold, you and LBB will divide the proceeds 50/50.
