1.) For internet orders, your complete bridal rental gown/dress includes: a gown from one of our on-line catalogs or something very similar to the style you chose from one of our on-line catalogs, a veil and/or tiara, garter set (to keep) and a pair of gloves (optional). Other acessories (such as, jewelry, ornate hair pins, comb/s & etc.), shoes and/or petticoats can be ordered separately at an additional cost.

2.) There is an additional charge of $50.00 or more (depending on the brand) for sizes 18 and up. If you would like to rent the same exact dress you have chosen from one of the on-line catalogs, you will be charged 50% of the actual retail cost. Rentals on formal gowns start at $250.00 and up. Rentals on informal dresses start at $175.00 and up. Alterations and shipping costs (if gown is not in-stock) are additional charges.

3.) It is highly recommended that your reservations/orders are placed as early as possible. For in-stock rental bridal gowns/dresses, we prefer that you place your order at least one (1) month prior to wear dates. Though, late reservations are surely welcome.

4.) Rental reservations for special order (on-line catalog orders) gowns/dresses must be placed no later than three (3) months prior to your wedding date. Otherwise, there will be a 10% late processing fee incurred.

5.) Special order purchase(s) must be made four (4) to six (6) months in advance to avoid rush fees. All special orders/custom orders are final sales. Shipping and alteration(s) are separate charges and are not refundable. No exceptions.

6.) L’amour Bridal Boutique is not responsible for special order and/or custom order dress/gown on dye lot variations. The company will attempt to work with the manufacturer/factory to standardize colors. However, shades and dye lots will vary and it is technically impossible to guarantee identical color matches throughout the season. This is a standard policy throughout the industry and our company is no exception.

7.) If order has to be rushed, a minimum of $35.00 and up (depending on the brand) will be added to your total and is not refundable.

8.) Final fittings and alterations for rentals can be scheduled as early as one (1) week or the latest, two (2) days prior to the event as well as pick-up. Returns are expected the day after use. Hotel deliveries are usually two (2) days prior and pick-up is the following day after event date. Saturday and Sunday wear dates must be returned on Monday. There will be a $50.00 charge per day, for each gown/dress returned late.

9.) Fittings and alterations for purchases can be scheduled at any time though, we recommend having it scheduled no later than three (3) weeks prior to wear date to avoid “rush cut fee”. Once alterations have been done or made, items are not returnable.

10.) Lay-aways, security deposits, down payments, discounted items, worn and items with tags removed are final sales. Security deposits on lay-away items will be forfeited within thirty days. No exceptions.

11.) Renter agrees that the items rented will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for, and will return the garments in the original packaging it was received.

12.) Renter is responsible for the return of the rented garments to the L’amour Bridal Boutique at 333 Dairy Rd. #203 Kahului, HI 96788; unless other arrangements are indicated prior to return. Renter is also responsible for any repairs or replacement costs of missing and/or damaged articles.

13.) The credit card submitted with the gown/dress order form will be automatically charged for the full rental/purchase cost at the time reservation is made unless, other payment arrangements are made. All internet orders will be processed within a twenty four (24) hour period. Cancellations on purchase orders must be made within that twenty four (24) hour period or all purchases will be finalized.

14.) A minimum of at least 50% or more (depending on the brand) down payment of the total rental/purchase cost will be charged once order is received.

15.) Security deposit is waived for rental reservations made with credit card orders.

16.) Rental cancellations must be made no less than one (1) month prior to the event date. If cancellation is made less than a month inclusive to the wear date, the renter will be charged the full rental gown/dress cost.

17.) For rentals, hotel delivery and pick-up is free within west side Maui. For other Maui locations, there will be a $45.00 hotel delivery and pick-up charge each way.

18.) Special orders on rentals placed within two (2) weeks prior to the event date is considered a rush order and is dependant on the availability of the gown/dress. A rush order fee of $75.00 and a state tax of 4.166% will be added to your total.

19.) We are not responsible for items not picked up one month after original date of purchase. Item(s) not picked up after 30 days is/are subject to a storage fee of $25.00 a month per item. Due to storage limitation, storage of items are available only upon approval from management. Furthermore, any item(s) left unclaimed after 90 days is/are subject to customer’s item(s) purchased to be forfeited, re-stocked and re-sold by L’amour Bridal Boutique.
